Likewise, the management of VENERABLE GROUP, committed to society and to the highest standards of compliance with the regulations that affect us, has implemented its own “Model for the Prevention, Detection and Management of Criminal Risks”, thus adapting to the criminal liability regime for legal persons established in the Spanish Criminal Code.

Users of the Channel are also allowed to raise questions or queries about the application of the Code of Ethics or any other internal ethical regulations.
The Ethics Channel is managed by an independent, external company specialising in compliance, which is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality, impartiality and minimisation of conflicts of interest before forwarding the file to the Compliance Committee, made up of the Compliance Officer and the external company, Grupo GPartners.
VENERABLE GROUP guarantees that there will be no reprisals of any kind against users who have made their communications in good faith. The document ‘Principles of Action and Management Protocol of the Ethics Channel’ is available on the Ethics Channel platform. It has been adapted to the current legislation regulating ethics channels and details its scope of application, general principles of operation, and the rights of whistleblowers and affected persons, among other issues.
