    New warehouses in Ghana.

Due to the growth of our activity of distribution and sale of different products in the African continent, the Venerable Capital Group has decided to carry out an important investment with the construction of its new warehouses in Accra, capital of Ghana. These will be the second warehouses owned by the Group in the country.

These warehouses will be built on a 1.23 hectare site in the North Legon district. It will have a storage capacity of 7,000 m2 and will have a specific area for cold or refrigerated products. The total investment also includes the construction of an office area, stamping, vehicle maintenance, as well as a Cash & Carry that will serve both as a showroom for our products and for the sale of our products.

To carry out this construction, a Spanish engineering firm, as well as a local architect and a construction company of reference in the country have been involved in order to guarantee the highest European quality standards without losing sight of the location of the project.

Venerable Capital, through its local subsidiaries COMET GHANA and WAGCOL, currently employs more than 200 local people and this investment is expected to increase. We feel that we are an important economic player in the development of the country.

This investment is part of the group's strategy for growth in the African market, with the supply of its network of establishments in the country as well as growth in markets in the different countries of the region.
